Heartland Workforce aims to be your partner in success as a Desoto, Hardee or Highlands county business, and it is with that service in mind that we have launched our new Mobile One-Stop, Workforce On Wheels.

Our new Mobile One-Stop “Workforce On Wheels” is a 38-foot long mobile computer lab with 13 workstations that connect to the Internet via satellite. These workstations are equipped with a variety of software programs, including several tools for résumé-building and workplace skills evaluation.  

What this means to YOU as an employer is that we can show up onsite at your place of business and provide you with the same services we offer at our One-Stop locations, such as interview and job applicant screening.

We can also provide training to your current employees, and YOU can benefit from it by having employees who are certified and ready to work in all areas such as basic computer skills, professional customer service skills and more.
